Red Devils support local club with flyer drive
The Salford Red Devils are proud to support the community game of Rugby League by featuring local club Cadishead Rhinos on the reverse side of the promotional flyer for Friday’s game against Hull KR.
The flyers have been distributed throughout the M44 postcode and contain the details of the Rhinos vast range of community activities, including junior teams and touch rugby.
The club are committed to supporting the development of the game of Rugby League in the local area, and through the Salford Red Devils Foundation, deliver thousands of hours of coaching and support each year to community clubs and schools across Salford, Bury, Trafford and Manchester.
The Rhinos are just one of the large number of the clubs in the area who are crucial to developing the game at a grassroots and ensuring that Rugby League has a bright future in Salford and beyond.
Foundation Director Mark Brocklehurst is hoping that flyer drive will inspire more people to get involved with their local club and enjoy the amateur game of Rugby League, he said;
“It’s great that we’ve been able to help out a local club that does brilliant work in this way. Working with community clubs is a crucial part of the strategy for building the game in Salford and this is just one of many ways that we can give a helping hand to these clubs.”
