Red Devils bring S+C to community clubs

The Salford Red Devils will be delivering strength and conditioning sessions to community rugby league clubs over the coming weeks.
The sessions, starting at Cadishead Rhinos on Monday 14th of March, will put the junior players through their paces, and also aim to educate them in how to manage their own strength and conditioning. The training will be lead by Salford strength and conditioning experts, and will be attended by members of the Red Devils first team. The sessions represent further commitment to junior rugby league in the area by the Red Devils, who are also hosting Embed the Pathway camps throughout the upcoming half-term break.The full list of strength and conditioning sessions is as follows:14th March: Cadishead Rhinos21st March: Salford City Roosters4th April: Folly Lane
