Foundation looking to appoint Project Manager to Lead on Big Hits Project

SRD Foundation is looking to appoint a Project Manager to take the lead on the delivery of our Big Lottery Funded Big Hits Project. The 3 year project will see SRDF deliver a comprehensive programme of activities across Salford and Trafford, which will increase beneficiary young people’s ability to find work and higher educational opportunities. Over 300 newly qualified young people will work alongside SRDF staff to meet the project’s target of engaging 6000 in physical activity opportunities.

The PM will be responsible for the organisation of the delivery team to meet all targets and the effective monitoring and evaluation of all activities. The PM will, have experience of class room delivery and lead on the delivery of the Education phase of the project in a classroom environment. The post-holder will also organise the delivery of the community development phase through the project’s Delivery Officers.
