Foundation launch Natwest Enterprise programme

Foundation launch Enterprise programme. 

The Salford Red Devils Foundation are pleased to announce the launch of our brand new business programme ‘Tackle Enterprise’, in partnership with NatWest bank as part of their Skills & Opportunities Fund.

The programme will take place across 5 weeks, working with four local High Schools to introduce business and enterprise skills to students from the ages of 14-16.

‘Tackle Enterprise’ will give the students a taster of what it is like to be at the heart of a professional sports club, and what it takes to keep a Super League club ticking.

 

The programme will also feature an ‘Apprentice’ style challenge, which will see the groups split into teams, to go head to head in a business challenge.

 

Foundation Education Manager Neil Blackburn is looking forward to the programme, and is hoping that it will prove to a be a source of inspiration for participants, he said; 

 

“It’s fantastic to be working with a such a big company such as NatWest on this programme. We’ve got something fantastic things in store for those who take part, and we’re hoping we can inspire the students to go on and further develop their business skills”.
