Dance in education is fundamental for promoting health, fitness and wellbeing in Children & Young People.
In addition, dance can pave the way for both key and core skill enhancements from self-confidence and social strength right through to motional and cognitive development. Sessions can be offered in a number of ways; as lunch time and after school clubs or as a PE module which can also be linked into the year groups core learning curriculum.
